Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the product  or a part of product is broken in non repairable condition. Our team will visit the site inspect the item for possibility of repair and if its not possible to repair it we replace the part or entire product within 7 to 15 days  

Usually it takes 7 to 10 days for returned product to get to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-15 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking fee
5% to 10% is charged as restocking fees depending on various factors stated below

Factors Affecting the Restocking Fee Amount

Several factors influence the restocking fee:

  • Condition of the Returned Item: Opened, used, or damaged items usually incur higher fees due to reduced resale value and additional handling requirements.

  • Return Reason: Returns due to buyer’s remorse or non-defective items are more likely to incur restocking fees, while returns for defective products or seller errors typically do not.

  • Return Timing: Items returned outside the standard return window may attract higher fees.

  • Missing Packaging or Accessories: If original packaging or accessories are missing, the fee may increase
